Jennifer Daly, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a mom on a mission to help empower other women. She is a master-level certified life coach, three-time published author, and global speaker. As the founder of CheeringOnMoms.com, Jennifer uses her experience and education to help moms pursue their passions and get their goals.

Walking the talk - Jennifer stretches herself through pageantry and has won many titles at the state, national, and international levels.

Jennifer is also the CEO of Fierce Angels Fashion. To her, the business goes so far beyond selling clothes. It’s about encouraging women to "Stand Up. Stand Out. Stand for Good." Jennifer would not be where she is today without the support of her amazing family. She and her hot firefighter husband, Daniel, have been married since 2007. Together they are raising their beautiful daughters, Zoey and Lexi, and their perfect hairy German shepherd, Duke, in Dallas, Texas.

Our Miss Plano team feels deeply called to serve in the mentorship opportunity that the Miss America organization provides.

As Directors, we commit our year to our Miss and Teens to ensure they are coached and prepared when they arrive at Miss Texas. From wardrobe to paperwork, interview prep, and appearances, we have their back!

We have many years of experience as a family in pageants and have never seen such authentic, well-rounded contestants as we have through the Miss Texas and Miss America Scholarship System.
